i have my server crashed : in the consoel i see :

BUG: NMI Watchdog detected LOCKUP on CPU0, eip c017c838

my kernel is 2.6.18-ovz028stab021.1-enterprise ...

is hardware problem or kernel problem ?

First, your kernel is way to old -- please update to latest rhel5-based kernel from openvz.

Second, if you will be able to reproduce the issue on the new kernel -- please file a bug to http://bugzilla.openvz.org/

Sorry, but I didn't catch you. Did you get the same error after you'd changed RAM and CPU of you got this error with old CPU and RAM. Please fill the bug in openvz bugzilla if this BUG is persistent.
