Looks like this is a known bug, reported as http://bugzilla.openvz.org/830. Can you please add your email to Cc list for this bug (registering in bugzilla first if you haven't done so yet)?

no, this report does not look like bugzilla #830.

Pls note, that report concerns venet0 rather than lo. This is important.

It looks like IPv6 is used on the node (or at least configured for it) and the bug should gone after the patch attached in the 54 kernel.
