Hello All,

I am a newbie to VPS and have been trying to get OpenVPN 2.1 working on my VPS without success due to my limited experience with the linux command line but I am learning fast.

If anyone of you has a template for OpenVPN and is willing to share for free or otherwise please PM me.

Thanks,

Sammy08

Hello Sammy08,

Please look at this message.

This is HowTO from tomfra.
I hope it will be useful for you.
Read all that thread. There are several pieces of advice and some external links here which could help you.

Hi Maratrus,

Thanks for the link but I have been through that already. The problem is that How to is not very detailed. For example step 3 is not very clear.

I am surprise that nobody has created a template for OpenVPN as yet.

regards,

Errol

Hi,

I am not an OpenVPN guru but I think you can omit that step. That module is an additional tool for convenient administration.

P.S. Anyway, installation inside VE like a common installation on your HN. So, you can use any HowTo you like.
