Hi,

did someone try the capability "sys_time:on"?
Obviously, you cannot set it for a running vps (ok, no problem).
If you set it for an inactive vps it is stored in the <vps-id>.conf correctly, but you get a permission denied if you try to set the date (via ntpdate, ntpd or date) inside the started vps.

cheers,
Tellerdreher

PS: vzctl 2.7.0-23 + vzkernel 2.6.8-022stab044.1

I added bug
http://bugzilla.openvz.org/show_bug.cgi?id=62
you can add yourself to CC in bugzilla to track it's state.

I think this will be resolved today quite quickly Smile
