you can delegate one of your NICs (network adapter) for exclusive VPS usage. In this case, broadcasts will work fine.
To do so, use `vzctl set --netdev_add` command.

Also you can remove broadcasts drop in venet.c and investigate how to force kernel to route/forward broadcasts, but this requires some technical skills.
