But all faisched syscalls fails now. Looking at the source code it looks like setting cpu resources ist not implemented? How does/will setting CPU resources work with 2.6.24?

Right now 2.6.24 branch modifies stock mainline scheduler only by
per'VE statistics gathering for loadavg and similar.

Whats the plan to implement it - using cgroup framework?
