I am using centos 5 template and I have installed extra packages on it. Now i need to duplicate the same template with the newly installed software. How can i re-create or whatever you call it the template again

Thanks

Hi,

May be I've understood your question not quite correctly but you can try this way:
install centos-5 vztmpl
http://forum.openvz.org/index.php?t=msg&th=2512&star t=40&
then add packages you want to
/vz/template/centos/[version]/[arch]/config/[sort].list
and use vzpkgcache utility to create your own template.
