Basically i used to run devnodes on this ve but now it is no longer needed, but everytime on boot even though there is no devnodes in the config file, it keeps on mounting /dev and its affecting my /dev/shm access... see here:

[root@monster ~]# vzctl exec 200 df -h
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
simfs 4.0T 2.1T 1.7T 57% /
none 3.9G 20K 3.9G 1% /dev
[root@monster ~]# vzctl exec 300 df -h
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
simfs 688G 1.9G 651G 1% /
[root@monster ~]#

i need to have /dev go away permanetly and there is nothing in /etc/fstab or in the config files that suggest why its booting... any idea how to fix this
