All running and work fine, but:

# vzcpucheck
ERROR: VE0 CPU units not set, or set too high!
Probably you have not started /etc/init.d/vz

How to fix this problem?

Configuration:
vz.conf: VE0CPUUNITS=360000
101.conf: CPUUNITS="96000"
102.conf: CPUUNITS="72000"
103.conf: CPUUNITS="192000"

Well, my CPU is old P4 2.6 Ghz and vzcpucheck report to me:
Current CPU utilization: 3000
Power of the node: 260696

As you can see 'Power of the node: 260696' so my total CPUUNITS is 260696. Try to set VE0CPUUNITS=1000 on your vz.conf

Make it with Slackware.
