I'm had Server with CPanel Installed on it and i want to Install OpenVZ on it but when i try to create any VPS this Message Appear


Unable to get full ostemplate name for fedora-core-4
Creating VE private area (fedora-core-4)
vzquota : (error) Quota on syscall for 56: File exists
vzquota on failed [3]
vzquota : (error) Quota is not running for id 56
Performing postcreate actions
VE private area was created


and the VZ is already running.
