virt:~ # vzctl exec 101 /etc/init.d/sshd restart
Shutting down SSH daemon/etc/init.d/sshd: fork: Cannot allocate memory
/etc/init.d/sshd: fork: Cannot allocate memory

virt:~ # cat /vz/root/101/var/log/messages
...
Apr 10 12:46:39 virt1 sshd[15716]: fatal: daemon() failed: Cannot allocate memory
