Hi.

Is it possible to use bluetooth devices inside a VE ?

I already set visibility of rfcomm and other special devices to the VE, but when I try to run bluetooth tools like rfcomm I get an error.

I ran the programs with strace and I saw that those programs failed
when tried to open a socket of family PF_BLUETOOTH.

The error code reports that the problem is that the family PF_BLUETOOTH is not supported.

Of course.. running the same programs in the hardware node works correctly (and the socket is opened without problems).

So, this is a limitation imposed to VE by openvz.

Is there any way to allow VE use this kind of socket ?

Is bluetooth virtualization support planned for futures openvz releases ?

Thanks Smile
