Patch from OpenVZ team <devel@openvz.org>
This patch adds dumping of calltraces on _all_ CPUs on AltSysRq-P and NMI
LOCKUP. It does this via sending NMI IPI interrupts to the cpus.
Taken back from -mm tree.
