This a problem of ressource

I have change skip-innodb in my.cnf file

Mysql started

Why i have this problem?

Disk is OK
Memory is OK

Mem: 131072k total, 70780k used, 60292k free, 0k buffers
Swap: 0k total, 0k used, 0k free, 0k cached
