Tried installing the latest 2.6.18 kernel and got this error message.

WARNING: No module sata_nv found for kernel 2.6.18-ovz028stab049.1-smp, continuing anyway

Seems to be missing a module?

Many modules are compiled in the kernel... If you can afford it and have physical access to the machine, try and boot in the OpenVZ kernel.

If not, wait until an OpenVZ kernel confirms you that it is safe...
