I tried installing vzdump today and aptitude can't connect to debian.systs.org anymore. Thats also the only place I know of to get images and sources via aptitude.

How can I install vzdump on Debian now?

I've noticed that yesterday, but I'm not sure what happened.

You can still download vzdump from either one of the links below:

http://download.openvz.org/contrib/utils/
http://www.proxmox.com/cms_proxmox/en/virtualization/openvz/ vzdump/
