Народ подскажите:
1) какие ОСи я могу ставить в качестве "отдельных" виртуальных серверов на базе OpenVirtuozzo...- перерыл местную документацию, но кроме "benefits", явным образом ничего не говорится...
2) Сколько стоят лицензии - тоже непонятно...

1. в качестве "гостевой" ОС можно ставить любой из сушествующих Linux дистрибутивов. На сайте выложены template'ы для Fedora 3/4 и CentOs 4. Позднее будут добавлены Debian и, возможно, другие. Чуть позднее Kir напишет FAQ как создавать эти самые темплейты, если вдруг Вы захотите что-то свое (например RedHat 7.3, который мы точно не будем выкладывать Smile ).
2. никаких лицензий. бесплатно.

неплохо бы было по скорее FAQ увидеть, ну и template под Debian

Так есть же precreated debian-3.1-i386-minimal.

Но мне так и не понятно, как vzyum будет прикречен к Debian? Или бедет честно переписаны утилитки для выбора yum/apt в зависимости от ситуации?

Пожалуйста подскажите, правильно понля из описания, что OpenVZ в отличие от платного Virtuozzo НЕ позволяет выполнять в качестве гостевой ОС никакую из Windows ?

нет. Virtuozzo for Linux тоже может исполнять только Linux. Правда, существует и Virtuozzo for Windows Smile Там можно запускать только Windows.

через какое-то врезя vzpkg тулзы будут уметь пользоваться и yum и dpkg Smile надеюсь Smile)))
