 I downloaded this:
 http://download.openvz.org/kernel/branches/2.6.18/028stab045.1/patches/patch-ovz028stab045.1-combined.gz
and applied it to clean 2.6.18 ( not 2.6.18.8, as previous patch had such
requirement )

 ... just a note to memory - looks like 028stab047.1 has been released the
same day, and it looks like it missed this commit, as it doesn't compile
with:
