Just checking if I understan it correctly. A machine has 2 VE's. One has 1000 CPUUNITS and the other has 2000 CPUUNITS. The one with 2000 gets 2/3rds of the time and the other one gets 1/3rd (more or less)?

to answer your question, yes the ves cputime is guaranteed ad a 1/3 2/3 ratio when the idle cputime is 0.
