It looks like it works:

[root@server mail]# mount
simfs on / type simfs (rw)
proc on /proc type proc (rw)
sysfs on /sys type sysfs (rw)
devpts on /dev/pts type devpts (rw)
tmpfs on /var/spool/MailScanner/incoming type tmpfs (rw)
tmpfs on /tmp type tmpfs (rw)

How can I make sure it is held in memory?
