Slow tcp connects between VEs ? [message #21535]

I noticed strange thing when i benchmarked apache.
I have several VEs on 1 HN.

Apache is in VE A. (10.5.1.206)

when i run "ab -c 10 -n 100 http://10.5.1.206/dagr.php"

result - 0.31743 seconds

Same - when i run same command in VE A.

But if i run it in any other VEs - result is musch slower - 6 sec

Ping from both VE B and HN - to VE A - the same 0.055 ms.

It looks for me like some kind virtualization limit , how can i speed up tcp between VEs ?

6sec is definately a usermode problem. since its so long, you should strace the server and client connections to see where it is spending the 6 seconds. likely it is a dns lookup
