well those are of a different problem type. its actually quite clear:

Error: barrier should be <= limit for tcpsndbuf (currently, 2637056:2560000)

2637056:2560000 is wrong
try:
2637056:6660000

or anything where:

(barrier <= limit) && (tcpsndbuf.lim-tcpsndbuf.bar > 2560000)
