and how to make it vzfs

Well, vzfs is very very very much cooler than simfs, you can find their differences using our wiki resource.
vzfs is a feature of Virtuozzo so to use it you have to buy Virtuozzo.


If your problem is solved - please, report it!
It's even more important than reporting the problem itself...

You can think about SIMFS as about simple bindmount. Strictly speaking this is incorrect comparision, that the behavior is nearly the same.
