Hi All,

This patchset presents one of the possible level 2 network namespace 
implementation. The most of the code is done by Andrey Savochkin and already 
published here. I've ported his code over Cedric's patchset and latest -mm 
tree.

The last patch in this patchset introduces two kinds of network namespaces - 
level 2 and level 3.

P.S. Performance testing results will be later, I need some time for this.
