is there any way for the ve use swap az virtual memory?
now my vps swap is 0 !!\

This is a display only restriction, in fact VE will use as much virtual memory as it is allowed by its UBC parameters, in particular privvmpages. If it will be necessary, VE will use swap, despite on the 'free' output.

If your problem is solved - please, report it!
It's even more important than reporting the problem itself...
