Find out how many VE per server - while in VE [message #16317]

Hi,

This is probably a no... but I thought I will ask anyway.

I was wondering if there is a way to show how many VE are currently running on a hostnode whilst i the VE, for example say I have a VPS with a provider and they say max of 10 VE per machine, how can you verify that....?

You can try to traceroute/tracepath other VEs if you know or can guess their addresses -- and you will see how far they are from you (if there's only you hardware node address between you and that VE, it's on the same node as you are).
