Hi Gustavo,

you can use the prebuild and/or source package of vzctl from http://debian.systs.org/

direkt link: http://debian.systs.org/debian/pool/openvz/v/vzctl/

or add to apt/sources.list:
deb http://debian.systs.org/ etch openvz

Btw, this linux-kernel is outdated, it's a build with OpenVZ patch 028test018.1, the new stable kernels are build with patch 028stab035.1.

On debian repro at debian.systs.org linux-image builded with offical OpenVZ kernel-config are avail, too.
