Subject says it all... Can I use a CentOS-5 HN for openvz?

Yes, you may.

I use centos 5 on a production box without problems. Use the RHEL5 kernel and you should be fine Wink

Actually you can use _any_ OpenVZ kernel, not only rhel5-based Wink
