Hello !
I recently did a install of openvz on a centos 5 HN with the latest stable kernel.
The HN uses 4GB of memory and i use the PAE version of the kernel.
The HN is used on a local network and i have full access to the machine.
The problem manifests when i restart a VE. First time it happened with a ve in which i run squid, the squid cache was built from sources and i initially thought that it was squids fault for the kernel panic.
Today i restarted a ve in which i run bind for local purposes and the same thing happened. On the screen it says something about the iptables ipv6 kernel modules, it does a stack dump and the last message is "kernel panic - not syncing"
How can i debug this ?

Thanks for the reference about remote logging !
I attached the output from netconsole.
Is there anything else i can do to help debug this issue ?
Thank you very much !
(5 minutes later)
I uninstalled the iptables-ipv6 rpm package and now i'm able to restart the ve without any problems.
I restarted multiple ve's and all it's ok for the moment. Tomorrow i will continue restarting the ve's to see if it locks up again.
Still this is bad, i think, although i don't use the ipv6 protocol this looks like a (big?) problem.
