Hello i would like to do an OS upgrade on 1 of my VE but i don't want to lose any data what would be the best way to proceed?

Hello,

You can upgrade your VE as usual machine, e.g. on RH distributions `yum upgrade` command. But it worths to create a backup copy of your VE before producing such operation.
