Hi,

This is our first experimental play with OpenVZ.

We have successfully installed and created a few VS's however when trying to install Plesk 7.5.4 we hit the following error which relates to the required rpm.

When executing rpm install command on the commandline we can clearly see the error as follows....

[root@vis100 FC3_std.updates]# rpm -Uhv perl-URI-1.30-4.noarch.rpm
Preparing... ########################################### [100%]
1:perl-URI ########################################### [100%]
error: unpacking of archive failed: cpio: lsetfilecon failed - Bad file descriptor

Does anybody have any idea why this has happened?

Just downloaded the psa_installer_v2.0.0_build75050908.11_os_FedoraCore_3_i686 to installed on the current fed core 3 template.

Im using vmlinuz-2.6.8-022stab034.1

Can't replicate. Could you run 'rpm -q rpm' command in your VPS or give us an access to it?

I've noticed that each time i run the installer it passes the previous error. We're now stuck on perl HTML rpm problems.

Please feel free to remove any rpm's and re-build from the installer. Its only a test enviroment.

Problem is in SELinux.
Edit /etc/selinux/config and change SELINUX variable to "disabled" value (already done for above VPS).

P.S. use private messaging for node credentials next time, please.
