You can remove dummy-centos-4 from the list of packages (/vz/template/centos/4/i386/config/*list) and rebuild cache with -f.

Alternative variant is to rebuild dummy-centos-4 rpm, either removing nash from it, or my adding "Provides: mkinitrd" to it. Do not forget to increase the version. I have attached a spec file, please edit accordingly, rebuild, put binary rpm to /vz/template/centos/4/i386/vz-addons/ and run createrepo there. After that you can try to recreate template cache.
