I want to install yum in a VE from the HN and issue this command:
vzyum 134 install yum
vzyum checks dependencies and ends this way:

The public key for centos4-base is installed in HN and VE. So WTF?
BTW: this is not a new HN. There are several VEs which were updated for a year now.
HN is CentOS 4-4.2, VE is centos-4-i386-default
