Hello Vasily,

The vzctl version is 3.0.16-1dso2~sarge0. I've also tried the 3.0.13, which I compiled from sources.

Both gave me the same error.

I've already created the ve:
vzctl create 1001 --ostemplate ubuntu-6.06-i386-minimal

It starts with no problems and works perfectally. At start, I get:

root@TestOpenVZ:~# vzctl start 1001
Starting VE ...
VE is mounted
Adding IP address(es): 10.77.0.111
Setting CPU units: 1000
Set hostname: vz1001
File resolv.conf was modified
VE start in progress...

Bellow is the conf file:
