Yeah, a few #ifdefs around evrything that belongs to mm_ub
fixed it. The parts which operate on beancounters have to be
skipped off if CONFIG_USER_RESOURCE is disabled.
BTW: include/ub/io_acct brings an warning: "struct page_beancounter"
declared inside a parameter list.
Looks like some more missing #idefs ...
