Are there no open source, freely available control panels? The webmin interface is a good start but has a long way to go and there doesn't seem to be any progress on it since its release.

I saw another mice looking application that showed promise, however the author said he was freezing it because there were better alternatives. I can't find any reasonable alternatives.

Any suggestions before I go write my own?
