Вопрос такой, есть ли ovzkernel основан на кернеле версии 2.4.х совместимый с операционными системами семейства RedHat Enterprise Linux 3

Но на CentOS 3 после некоторых мытарств можно поставить 2.6 ветку.

не так сложно поставить 2.6 ovz ядро, что мы собственно и делаем в virtuozzo. для этого в основном надо поставить новые modutils
