Есть проблемка, поставили на машину с ov новый диск, и необходимо теперь впски создавать на нем, но раздел /vz у меня уже существует на 1-ом винте.. как же быть в такой ситуации?
Можно ли, каким-либо образом задавать расположение, вновь создаваемых vps?

в глобально конфиге можно указывать VE_PRIVATE:
VE_PRIVATE=/vz/private/$VEID
