My openvz vps dies oftenly. I checked QOS/ beancounters there is no failcent. Can anyone suggest me how to troubleshoot this.

Linux version 2.6.8-022stab078.10 (root@rhel4-32) (gcc version 3.4.5 20051201 (Red Hat 3.4.5-2)) I don't know how it died.

Strange the IPtables start automatically after 24 hours and SSHD service stops.
How can I disable the Iptables I did chkconfig iptables off but it dont work.
