suddenly got this on ssh and my server went down and unable to boot it up again

my vz kernel was running ok for months and suddenly done this

Hello,

We need more information to investigate the problem.

"kernel: Fatal exception: panic in 5 seconds" is only a part of the whole message. Additional information is at console of your node. You should somehow post it here: 1) a photo of a screen, 2) serial console log if it is attached to the crashed node.
Also, you didn't mention kernel version and architecture on the node in question.

i386 pentium cpu on centos 4.4


photo of screen is showing only kernel: Fatal exception: panic in 5 seconds and nothing but that then the system became unbootable again ( imnow using older kernel )

Hello again,

You say, that now you can't boot OpenVZ kernel, am I right?
If so, can you inform us about where does it stop booting?
What is on the screen when the kernel stops booting?
