Hello and sorry for my poor english.
I have a HN with debian lenny, and a VE with debian lenny too.
I read the http://wiki.openvz.org/NFS and do the instructions:

I put vzctl set 101 --features "nfs:on" --save on the VE and restart it, but in the /proc/filesystems of the VE is not nfs:

cat /proc/filesystems
ext3
nodev sysfs
nodev proc
nodev tmpfs
nodev devpts

And if a try to mount a nfs share on the VE a i get the error:
mount.nfs: No such device

I need your help guys.

Thanks.

modprobe nfs on the Hardware Node and restart the Container?

If your problem is solved - please, report it!
It's even more important than reporting the problem itself...

Please, tell us which kernel exactly do you use and the vzctl version.

Please, try 2.6.18-x kernel based on RHEL5. This is a stable branch.
If it works, please, fill the bug for your current kernel into bugzilla.

I get http://download.openvz.org/debian/dists/etch/main/binary-amd 64/base/linux-image-2.6.18-openvz-18-51.3d2-amd64_028.51.3d2 _amd64.deb

and with it the support for nfs is on:

cat /proc/filesystems
ext3
nodev rpc_pipefs
nodev nfs
nodev proc
nodev sysfs
nodev tmpfs
nodev devpts

and now works fine.
Thanks.

This appeared to be a Debian OVZ kernel specific, they just did not apply all patches required.
So please for now use mainstream kernels (or older but more stable RHEL5-based).
